A few factors can adjust the hourly rate up or down from the $350 starting point:

  • Multi-hour and full-day events (such as a full-day conference) typically bring the effective hourly rate down, since longer bookings are priced with a reduced per-hour cost.

  • Events with added requirements, such as multiple locations, a second photographer, or a fast-turnaround delivery window, may increase the rate above $350/hour.

  • Standard single-location events of a few hours are generally priced at or near the $350/hour starting rate.
